We accept select insurance plans, including Medicaid in certain states. Coverage may vary, so we recommend contacting us to confirm your specific plan. We will be happy to verify benefits and inform you of any co-pays, deductibles, or co-insurance that you may be responsible for.

Our housing and re-entry programs are launching in Alabama in 2027, with plans to expand to Louisiana in the future.

Follow-up frequency depends on your needs, but most patients are seen every 2–4 weeks initially, then less often once stable.

While we primarily provide medication management, we can connect you with trusted therapists whenever possible. We are planning to expand our services to include psychotherapy in the near future.

We require advance notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

When clinically appropriate, we may prescribe controlled medications. These require careful monitoring and adherence to our treatment policies. Depending on ever-changing DEA policies, you may be required to have at least one in-person visit per year.
